傳統蒸雞蛋糕 Traditional Chinese Steamed Cake —————— 材料準備: - 3粒雞蛋 (eggs ) - 300g 麵粉 (plain flour) - 250g 幼糖 (caster sugar) - 200ml 100 Plus飲料 ( 7UP或SODA汽水也可取代 ) * 100 Plus (isotonic drink) —————— Ingredients: 3 eggs 300g plain flour 250g caster sugar 200ml isotonic drink (7up, soda water , 100 plus) —————— 1. Beat eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolves, or light and fluffy.
Fold in sifted flour in 3 batches, add in isotonic drink and mix well.
Pour into a 18cm (7" )round bamboo basket lined with greased proof paper, steam in the preheated steamer over high heat for about 30 -35 minutes until cooked .
